These sessions last for one hour and are focused around the goals of the client and what they want to achieve. Programmes are reviewed every four to six weeks with progress measured.
Boxercise is a great way to help improve cardio fitness and can help improve bone density. Boxercise uses boxing skills and movements with exercises to provide a workout suitable for all.
These sessions get children moving. I help them understand why it is important to move their bodies and how fitness can support mental health.
